Dr. William Tsang from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University delivered a talk on “The “mistery” behind Tai Chi in health”. Dr. Mason Leung from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University shared his clinical experience with the audience in his session on “The many facets of Tai Chi – What is the recommendation for arthritis patients?”. Besides, a patient expert in Tai Chi, Ms Chung Ngan-ching, demonstrated Tai Chi style suitable for patients with arthritis and also shared how Tai Chi helped to improve her health and her life.
