Sounds of Support for Rheumatic Patients

30 September 2024 Organisation news

Hong Kong Arthritis & Rheumatism Foundation (HKARF) invite you to sponsor our charity concert this November in partnership with the SAR Philharmonic Orchestra. Concert Theme: ‘Sounds of Support for Rheumatic Patients’ The funds raised from this concert will be entirely dedicated to promoting the Foundation’s patient support programmes, primarily including hydrotherapy rehabilitation (hereinafter referred to as hydrotherapy) and physiotherapy exercise classes.

In the current socio-economic environment, fundraising has become increasingly challenging. While we explore innovative methods to support patients, we must also maintain our regular rehabilitation exercise programmes (including hydrotherapy and physiotherapy exercise classes), which heavily rely on the generous and selfless support of benefactors. We are very grateful for your continued support, especially as the four-and-a-half-year programme funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust for our regular courses will end in January next year. Therefore, we sincerely ask for your continued support for our regular programmes to improve the physical and mental well-being of patients, thereby enhancing their rehabilitation capabilities.
